Purchase procedure


Verbal reservation
After the purchase decision, we will reserve the relevant unit for you for 48 hours. 

Reservation agreement and Future purchase contract agreement
Within three working days after signing the Future purchase contract agreement, you will pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price and within three months you will pay a deposit of up to 10% of the purchase price.

Purchase contract
You will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price after signing the purchase contract, from a loan or your own resources.
